* When your cargo is delivered, if there is a deformation in the package of the product or a situation that may damage the product, open the package with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products.

* If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a record and do not take delivery of the package. The recorded products will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged free of charge.

* In case you request spare parts service for damaged parts, the relevant parts will be sent to you.
